Fredrick Frostburg is the new owner of an ice cream store located in Florence, Italy situated in the centre of a bustling town filled with both locals and tourists. Fredrick is a passionate entrepreneur who is a connoisseur for fine gelato and loves interacting with his customers. As a child, he spent his spare time selling his ice cream to his neighbours and at school fairs, where he developed his skills for developing unique and delicious flavours of ice cream
Communication Need 1: Fredrick requires a visual identity and creative marketing concepts for print and digital displays. This need arises from the desire to increase brand recognition, differentiate his business in the ever-growing market, engage customers, and adapt to digital platforms.
Communication Need 2: Fredrick needs a design for takeaway packaging for ice cream. The current packaging at his competitors ice cream stores consists of a box with a lid, which poses the risk of ice cream melting easily and flavours blending together.
